Setup and trial
What do I need for Scorilo?
A Mac with Apple silicon or a Windows PC. For the crowd, connect a screen or a compatible LED wall to the computer. The exact requirements are on the download page.
What can I try during the trial?
You can try Scorilo for 7 days on one device, for example set up a match, design the display and test the controls. Scorilo files and packages cannot be saved, opened, imported or exported during the trial. Other file exports are disabled too. Content you create during the trial stays in Scorilo on that device.
Does the trial turn into a subscription?
No. The trial ends after 7 days. You do not enter any payment details for it. You only take out a paid subscription if you decide to do so yourself.
Do I have to use DFBnet?
No. You can also enter teams, players and line-ups by hand. The DFBnet import helps you bring in match data that already exists there.
License and devices
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address in Scorilo. You will receive a six-digit code by email that is valid for 15 minutes. Enter it in the app. If you have already bought Scorilo, use the email address from your order.
On how many devices can I use Scorilo?
On two devices with Scorilo Club, on one during the trial.
How do I move to a new computer?
Sign in on the new computer. If two devices are already activated, you can replace one of them. You sign devices out under Settings → License. Signing out other devices is limited to three times within 30 days.
Do I need internet at the ground?
You do not need internet at the ground for the score, clock and local media. After a successful license check, Scorilo runs offline for up to 7 days. Open the app with an internet connection beforehand so it can check the license. A match that is already running is never interrupted by a pending license check. Online services still need internet; for Scorilo Remote, your phone and computer must be on the same local network.
What happens to my files when the subscription ends?
Your files stay unchanged on your computer. Once the license has expired, only the license management is available in Scorilo. As soon as you have a valid license again, you can keep working with your files.
Subscription and invoices
How do I manage my subscription?
In Scorilo under Settings → License → Manage subscription. There you can change your payment method and billing address, download invoices, switch between monthly and yearly billing or cancel at the end of the term.
What happens if a payment fails?
Scorilo stays usable for up to 14 days while the payment is retried. Add a valid payment method under Manage subscription.
Which email address do I use after buying?
Sign in with the email address you entered when you bought Scorilo. If the license should move to a different address, write to us at info@beyond-agentur.com.
How much does Scorilo cost?
Scorilo Club costs €39 per month or €349 per year, including 19% VAT. Everything else is on the pricing page.
